Havas WW Brussels is strengthening its data offering unit: Havas | helia Brussels.
Havas | helia Brussels will be led by Chris Lievens.

With a huge demand of our clients for a strong CRM | data offering, we are transforming our current CRM | data offering into a specific business unit within Havas WW Brussels under the Havas | helia branding.

Havas | helia was launched by Havas Creative Group early 2015, combining former Havas EHS and Havas Discovery; both highly successful Havas offerings in data driven marketing, combining data, digital and creativity.

Havas | helia is already operational in Europe (London, Cirencester and Warsaw), US (Chicago, Richmond, Baltimore and NY) and China (Shanghai).

It will further extend its reach by including additional agencies (of which Brussels).

Havas | helia’s mission is to create data inspired ideas which connect brands with customers and customers with brands. A meaningful fusion of data and creativity.

Among its reknowned clients are Tesco (ClubCard since 19 years), Easyjet, Unilever, IBM, etc.

Chris Lievens has joined Havas WW Brussels and will be responsible to develop the Havas | helia local offering. Havas | helia Brussels will market and bundle Havas | helia’s international expertise of data driven marketing into one offering and make it available to the local market.

Chris has been active in the market as entrepreneur and catalyst for business improvement in the area of Business Intelligence, CRM and E-Business since more than 20 years. Last 5 years active as management consultant in the areas of customer value management and CRM. Strategist for development of one to one relationships between brands and consumers along the full customer journey. Chris likes to mobilize his hands-on marketing experience and skills to create long-term value towards organizations. Passionate to turn customer data into actionable business value, both for consumer and brands. CRM experience covers brands like, Brantano, Dela, de Bijenkorf, Electrabel, Mobistar, Orange, Sundio Group and Peugeot/Citroën (PSA Group).
